Guidance Residential — a non-traditional home mortgage provider serving the Muslim community in more than 35 states — was looking to shift some of its focus away from paid advertising without losing new lead momentum.
During this time, the company set new goals around organic growth. Having relied so heavily on paid advertising and event-based lead acquisition in the past, Guidance was unsure how to develop a strategy to meet these new goals via organic online channels.
Having already purchased HubSpot, the Guidance team sought partnership with a HubSpot Certified Partner Agency to get the most out of the robust CRM platform. Guidance ultimately engaged with Mole Street in late 2020 to launch its organic growth initatives.
After engaging in a Growth Summit intensive, Mole Street recommended a plan and strategic vision that included Growth-Driven Design, Content Marketing, and HubSpot Consulting.
The program kicked off with Mole Street’s HubSpot Consulting team optimizing landing pages, newsletter templates, HubSpot forms, buttons, and modals on the site.
Working in tandem with the HubSpot Consulting team, Mole Street’s Content Marketing team conducted an organic and technical SEO audit that served as the basis of optimizing keyword placement on pages throughout the website. As part of the SEO audit, our team made the recommendation to create unique, locally-optimized pillar pages for all 17 of its physical locations throughout the United States.
With foundational work in place and the website in better standing from an SEO-perspective, Mole Street embarked on a redesign of the Guidance’s Resource Center to optimize user experience and provide a space for new content marketing pieces to be published and found through strategic SEO keyword targets.
Following the initial 60-day period, Mole Street has continued to provide:

Up to 20 article outlines per quarter, optimized for SEO and reader value
Fully designed gated assets for lead capture and nurturing
