Challenge

The Client team was looking for actionable insight into their sales data as well as how to integrate their instance of WooCommerce into HubSpot’s Enterprise CRM Suite because of challenges related to automating business processes.

They were in a position of having to run a series of manual processes to keep data synced across two eCommerce stores and three in-person school locations spanning three distinct time zones. This customer was looking for a seamless way for its Operations and Marketing teams to:

  • Understand group-level customer journeys

  • Send students real-time alerts based on the classes they

    were enrolled in

  • Schedule private lessons via an automated calendar system

  • Review data from a holistic level to assist with cross- and up-sell opportunities

  • Analyze student- and class-specific indicators to reduce student drop-outs and class no-shows


Solution

Mole Street embarked on the integration and technical consulting project by creating a series of custom objects to track individual classes and the students enrolled in those classes. Segments were created based on many factors including school locations, class schedules, and student class histories.

Our consulting team led a full assessment to inform the integration and technical onboarding strategy, pulling in data from multiple platforms to develop an efficient, organized plan.

Leveraging data collected via Typeform, we were able to connect a multitude of disparate dots and create a unified view of their Marketing and Sales processes — including the merge of data from two disconnected eCommerce stores into a singular HubSpot Sales Hub instance.
