1. How would you sum up your expertise?

My expertise lies in social media, personal branding, and lead generation. I help businesses amplify their presence, establish credibility, and drive meaningful engagement that translates into real growth. By leveraging strategic content, audience insights, and innovative digital marketing techniques, I empower brands to build strong relationships and convert engagement into business success.

2. What type of work do you lead at Mole Street? 

At Mole Street, I take the lead on digital marketing and social media strategy, ensuring that our approach is data-driven and aligned with business goals. I also focus on shaping and elevating the personal brands of key leaders within the company, positioning them as industry thought leaders and trusted voices in their respective spaces. This involves content strategy, audience engagement, and leveraging social platforms to maximize influence and credibility.

3. What types of clients do you support the most?

I primarily work with small to mid-sized businesses that have ambitious growth goals but lack an internal marketing team to execute their vision. These companies often have strong products or services but need a strategic, results-driven marketing approach to attract and convert their ideal customers. I help them implement effective social media, branding, and lead generation strategies to unlock their full potential.

4. What is a current project you’re working on?

One of our major initiatives right now is planning our annual events calendar. This involves developing a strategic approach to maximize return on investment by aligning events with business goals, leveraging digital marketing, and utilizing social media to drive engagement before, during, and after each event. Our goal is to create meaningful experiences that strengthen our brand, generate leads, and build lasting relationships with our audience.

5. What do you enjoy most about your work?

What excites me the most is helping individuals and businesses elevate their brands and watching that transformation translate into tangible business growth. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the impact of a well-executed strategy—whether it’s an increase in engagement, stronger brand positioning, or measurable revenue growth. Seeing clients thrive and knowing I played a role in that success is incredibly fulfilling.

My superpower is being a true team player—someone who not only drives results but also fosters a positive, collaborative environment. I focus on lifting those around me, whether it’s supporting clients in achieving their marketing goals or helping my team succeed by sharing insights, providing guidance, and working together to overcome challenges. Success is always greater when it’s a shared effort.

I used to be a competitive surfer and swimmer. The discipline, resilience, and adaptability I developed through these sports have carried over into my professional life, helping me stay focused, push past challenges, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
