1. How would you sum up your expertise?
I’m all about helping businesses run smoother and grow faster by optimizing their go-to-market processes. With a focus on HubSpot and Salesforce, I specialize in optimizing CRM systems, automating processes, and aligning sales, marketing, and customer experience teams so they can focus on what really matters: driving revenue.
I love tackling complex problems and turning them into clear, actionable strategies that lead to better efficiency and stronger collaboration. I’m pretty hands-on, whether it's building dashboards, creating custom workflows, or leading training sessions to help teams adopt new tech.
2. What type of work do you lead at Mole Street?
I lead client engagements and relationships with a variety of Mole Street clients, including businesses that are migrating to HubSpot, require a custom integration build between their systems, or benefit from ongoing operational support for their go-to-market teams. As a consultant, I ensure solutions are delivered on time and according to best practices.
3. What types of clients do you support the most?
I mostly work with mid-market and enterprise B2B businesses that are trying to scale and optimize their CRM systems. They’re looking to solve challenges like disconnected sales and marketing teams, messy data, and manual processes that slow everything down. I love helping them get their CRM platforms running like well-oiled machines so they can focus on what they do best: selling and growing.
My clients range from companies that need a full CRM overhaul to those that just need help refining their existing systems. Whether they need help with better pipeline management, tech stack consolidation, or just getting the most out of their tools, I’m all in. I work closely with their sales, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure they have the processes and tech they need to scale efficiently.
4. What is a current project you’re working on?
I’m currently working on setting up multi-touch revenue attribution for a client in HubSpot. The goal is to give them deeper insights into how various marketing and sales touchpoints contribute to revenue. One key component of this project is building custom dashboards to visualize the attribution data for easy decision-making. This will help the client optimize campaigns and allocate resources based on comprehensive performance insights.
5. What do you enjoy most about your work?
I love partnering closely with different teams, from sales and marketing to IT and customer experience, across a variety of industries, which often gives me new insights into how teams work differently. Sometimes, I’ll adapt something that worked in a different industry as a creative solution for another client and that’s always fun!
6. What is your superpower?
I’d say my superpower is being a problem solver who can connect the dots between the technical and strategic sides of business. Whenever I’m discussing strategy with a client, my mind is working in the background to figure out the technical side of how to implement that strategy quickly and efficiently.
7. What’s one Mole Street value that has special meaning to you? Why?
I adore the value of joy. Life’s too short to work in a negative environment, and I love how the Mole Street team embodies joy and positivity.
8. What’s inspiring you now?
I’m inspired by everyone around me who creates beautiful things in a world that often feels like it’s falling apart. Whether that’s designing a one-of-a-kind website, capturing photos of a great outdoor adventure, or reminding someone how much they truly matter, it’s astonishing the beauty humans can create.
9. What is one fun fact about you?
I’ve lived in four countries throughout my life: Switzerland, China, Rwanda, and the USA. I’ll never forget the Swiss mountains (and chocolate), the Chinese traditions, and the Rwandan people who have overcome so much. I take what I’ve learned from these cultures with me wherever I go.
10. Where can we catch more of your expertise?
I love posting on LinkedIn about all things revenue operations! Connect with me.
