10 Questions With Anthony Narsi
With a decade of Solutions experience and a unique background spanning multiple facets, Anthony Narsi brings a dynamic and well-rounded approach to his work at Mole Street. His tenure at HubSpot as a Senior Solutions Engineer allowed him to engage with hundreds of prospects and customers, helping them identify how HubSpot could transform their businesses. This foundation, coupled with his technical expertise and strategic insight, positions him to deeply understand client challenges and translate them into actionable solutions that drive growth.
In this interview, Anthony shares insights on his experience, expectations for his new role at Mole Street, and the Mole Street value that resonates most with him.
1. How would you sum up your expertise?
The past 10 years of my life have been pretty interesting! In 2013, I went straight from a Computer Engineering degree at UCSB to a Sales Engineer role at Oracle, so I’ve been solutioning for prospects and customers for a while now. But I did take a hiatus from tech for a couple of years after a “quarter-life crisis” led me to become a nonprofit volunteer and a Math Teacher.
Fast-forward a few more years, I found my way back into tech and most recently worked at HubSpot as a Senior Solutions Engineer for 3 years before moving over to Mole Street! At HubSpot, I worked with hundreds of prospects and customers to help them decide to purchase HubSpot to improve their businesses.
2. What type of work do you lead at Mole Street?
Like my previous role at HubSpot, I am a pre-sales Senior Solutions Architect at Mole Street. I work with net-new HubSpot prospects and existing HubSpot customers to sell Mole Street services as a solution to their business needs.
Mole Street provides consulting services such as implementation, integrations, migrations, onboarding, training, and website and portal build-outs. These services provide companies with the piece of mind that when they’re making a move to HubSpot, they’ll be set up for success to help their business grow.
If you are a company thinking about utilizing Mole Street’s services, my job is to:
- Learn about how your business functions as well as your short-term and long-term goals, challenges, and plans,
- Work with you to create a clear before-and-after picture of how you can improve your business by utilizing HubSpot software and Mole Street services.
- Make it clear how Mole Street’s post-sale team members will be working with you to implement these changes, allowing you to decide to move forward with us or not… and if you decide to move forward with us, then
- Initiating a clean and seamless hand-off to my post-sale team so they can get started working with you right away. I’ll also stick around as your account manager to ensure you are consistently satisfied with HubSpot software and Mole Street services.
3. What types of clients do you support the most?
We at Mole Street primarily support mid-market and enterprise businesses looking to scale their marketing, sales, and service processes. These clients often have ambitious growth goals and are ready to invest in systems that can adapt as they expand.
We have experience and expertise in various industries, including financial services, legal services, SaaS, manufacturing, and more.
4. What is a current project you’re working on?
I’m currently working with multiple Accounting firms looking to improve their bottom line by streamlining their processes and implementing cross-sell and up-sell motions for their several lines of business.
5. What do you enjoy most about your work?
I love the challenge of solving complex problems and translating them into streamlined solutions that make life easier for our clients and enable their businesses to grow substantially.
It’s rewarding to see their confidence grow as they gain control over their systems and implement winning strategies.
6. What is your superpower?
My superpower at work is breaking down complexity into clarity. Whether it’s a technical problem or a strategic discussion, I have a knack for making the path forward clear and actionable.
My superpower in life is being organized– I’m involved in many things outside of my day job, so I need to maintain superior time management, documentation, and communication skills at all times!
7. What’s one Mole Street value that has special meaning to you? Why?
The value of 'curiosity' resonates with me the most. Staying curious drives me to explore new ideas, ask the right questions, and uncover innovative ways to solve challenges for our clients. It keeps the work exciting and pushes me to grow continually.
8. What’s inspiring you now?
I’m inspired by all of the individuals that I speak to. I love hearing about their challenges, goals, and plans to improve their businesses.
The world is full of hard-working people trying to build out their companies to provide immense value to our society, and I love being a part of their paths as they work towards accomplishing their short and long-term goals!
9. What is one fun fact about you?
I play several musical instruments, including the accordion and an instrument called the zurna, which I sometimes get hired to play at traditional Assyrian weddings.
